Traffic manager - Agency Mom/Dad

This position lies at the heart of the team. The role is essential for effective resource management across different projects and also actively contributes to the agency's culture. Organization and flexibility are therefore the key qualities of the perfect candidate.

Traffic Manager responsibilities

  • Support customer service teams and facilitate resource planning
  • Coordinate management of the agency's creative resources
  • Responsible for schedule of creatives and time management of agency projects
  • Ensure the smooth running of projects according to the talents required, the time allocated and agency standards in order to inform the client services teams of the progress, delivery and challenges encountered
  • Research and manage external resources (linguistics, creation, accounting, etc.)
  • Responsible for language requests for agency projects
  • Support and reassure team members / resolve nuisances
  • Support creative directors in their managerial role

Mom / Dad responsibilities

  • Management of Tux's calendar of activities, thus contributing to the growth of the agency's culture
  • Aiding in the preparation of "Tux Talk" — bi-monthly team meetings where we give an overview of the work accomplished, the pitch results, etc.
  • Coordinate employee arrivals and departures
  • IT infrastructure management and follow-up with IT
  • Coordination in the updating of the agency's portfolio
  • Coordination of competitions (registration, production of parts, etc.)
  • Assist in the management of development plans and other human resources tasks

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in communications / advertising / graphic design or other relevant training
  • Experience (minimum 3 years) in a design and / or advertising agency in a similar position
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Focus on the human and a highly positive outlook
  • Always in solution mode
  • Ability to manage several urgent files at once
