Senior copywriter (English)

We’re looking for an English copywriter to partner with an Art Director. You’ll be responsible for developing advertising and interactive projects, from the first scribbles to crafting the perfect tagline. You master heartbreakingly touching, knee-slapper funny, and awe-inspiring. In one sentence. OK, just kidding. Although a client might ask that.


  • Develop thoroughly concise and strategically focused concepts for advertising, interactive and design projects
  • Help the agency win new business through bold, innovative work
  • Effectively communicate ideas and strategy behind creative concepts
  • Assist in determining project's overall content requirements and strategy
  • See projects/campaigns through to completion, working closely with strategists and the account management team
  • Contribute to internal creative projects


  • Strong knowledge of the ad industry and of all aspects of culture
  • Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, in support of the agency’s creative goals and the client’s business objectives
  • Well-developed conceptual thinking skills
  • Visionary and entrepreneurial
  • Excellent understanding of the creative process
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker


  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a copywriter in advertising
  • Degree in a related field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (French is a big plus)
  • A strong portfolio of creative that demonstrates originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression
