Project manager, Client partnership

The position of Client Partnership Project Manager is under the supervision of the Client Partnership Manager (VP Consulting Services). The main duties of this position are to ensure the planning and organization of projects assigned to the Project Manager from different accounts. You are responsible for growing the partnership with each client by creating business opportunities and maintaining client satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic development of accounts
  • Plan budgets and design project schedule calendar
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients, the team and third parties
  • Introduce clients to the various services offered by TUX
  • Participate in brainstorming and strategic account planning sessions and ensure that all objectives are met
  • Relationship management and client support for projects
  • Communicate progress of projects to immediate superior
  • Maintain and improve the volume and profitability of accounts
  • Have an overview of each project and control of its financial situation

Project responsibilities

  • Manage the various participants involved in the projects (collaborators, freelancers and subcontractors)
  • Ensure the quality of the documents presented to clients
  • Document discussions during meetings and communicate the details effectively to all people concerned
  • Maintain well-organized project files and materials on the agency's server
  • Anticipate client concerns and prepare in advance.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's in Communications / Marketing or other relevant training
  • Experience (3 years) in project management
  • Agency experience
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Mastery of relevant software
  • Ability to defend the creative product and showcase our creation to the client
  • Focused on the achievement of results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to manage stress and provide appropriate responses to all possible situations
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Suitable judgment and maturity in customer interactions
  • A customer-oriented approach and ability to break down concepts with tact and accuracy
