Brivia Group is a real estate development and investment company known for projects that embody a keen attention to design and architecture. With their residential project Mansfield, they set out establish a new icon in downtown Montreal – one rooted in the neighbourhood’s heritage.

Strategically situated at the corner of Sainte-Catherine and Mansfield streets, our visual identity takes inspiration in Mansfield’s building rich history: the site’s architectural legacy, where the emblematic Loew’s Theatre once stood, and more recently, the home of a prestigious athletic club. The result is a visual identity on par with the elegance and architectural quality that the project brings to Montreal’s main artery.
