La Ferme, a rural brewery located in Shefford in the Eastern Townships, has created the first series of its Opportunist Line in 2021 - beers born of the pure desire to explore new recipes, with ingredients at hand. Got any blackcurrant left? Still have a brew of Porter? Why not a Blackcurrant Porter? There's even a barrel of whiskey nearby, the perfect opportunity to age in it.
