Tux Creative House

    Thank You!

Fifteen years. That’s how long we’ve been building TUX. Sometimes with a plan, often with gut instinct, always with heart. Ludwig and I started out not to be another agency, but to be a different one. One that could be strategic and soulful, bold and kind, driven by the wild idea that creativity should feel like belonging.

To our clients: you trusted us before we had a track record, and you still trust us now that we have a few scars and a lot more stories. You let us challenge you, surprise you, and sometimes even weird you out. Thank you for believing in the work and, more importantly, in the way we work. You’re the reason we get to wake up and make things that matter.

To our team: you’re the pulse. The ones who turn late-night pizza into daylight breakthroughs. Who bring your full selves, your quirks, your questions, your brilliance, into every meeting, every brainstorm, every campaign. You’ve made TUX what it is: a place where difference isn’t just accepted, it’s the main ingredient.

To our executive board and partners: your vision and steady hands have helped steer TUX through every maverick dream and bold leap. Your trust and guidance have shaped our path and our purpose.

And to Ludwig, my co-founder, my partner in every sense, thank you for dreaming this into reality with me, and for making the journey as meaningful as the destination.

We’ve never chased trends or followed the rules.

We built one of the first agencies with a fully integrated production and post-production studio, and then built studios inside our own walls. We assembled an in-house 3D and motion team before it was the norm, and then launched our Los Angeles office to scale our international growth. We launched a restaurant (because community and creativity should be tasted too), and a foundation, TUX Karma for creative social impact. And we put our values on the line: becoming a B Corp, LGBTQ+ certified, embracing a four-day week, and leading as proudly queer founders.
