When Garrett Leight California Optical set out to collaborate with Ozzy Osbourne, the vision was to create something that transcended product — a tribute to a cultural icon whose music, attitude, and unmistakable eyewear defined generations.
Years in the making, the GLCOzzy Collection celebrates Ozzy’s fearless originality and enduring influence, capturing the gothic glamour and unapologetic individuality that made him one of the most recognizable figures in rock history.
Our campaign brought the collection to life through a thumb-stopping CGI teaser, editorial photo stills, and an intimate behind-the-scenes footage. The creative direction was pulled directly from Ozzy’s world — moody, dramatic, and richly textured — while remaining rooted in Garrett Leight’s refined, California-cool aesthetic.
In balancing grit and polish, mystery and precision, GLCOzzy stands as both a design statement and a tribute — uniting two worlds: the refined, contemporary craftsmanship of Garrett Leight and the raw, magnetic energy of Ozzy Osbourne. The launch, rolled out across organic and paid social, continues to serve as a visual and emotional homage to one of music’s most enduring icons.
