Responsibilities:

Social Cultural Intelligence: Your Instagram Saves are vast and dynamic. You stay abreast on what’s happening online to spot opportunities for brands to stand out. Become the agency’s social beacon, the person that challenges us all to think and act more social.
Content Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. These strategies will include content pillars & franchises, tone of voice, and messaging strategy on social.
Content performance tracking & optimization: Establish goals, metrics and measurement strategies to evaluate success. Utilize analytics and consumer research to continuously refine strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. Translate data into actionable insights and content optimizations.
Social media content innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging formats and platforms in the social media landscape, incorporating fresh ideas into content creation. You have a deep understanding of different social platforms, their nuances, and how to create content for each.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with creative, brand strategy and media teams to ensure content is original, on-strategy and appealing across a range of production budgets and outputs.
