Role

This role supports production, editing, and 2D/3D design teams by managing schedules, workflows, deliverables, and communications with vendors. Production coordination ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

So, if your friends and family praise your ability to come up with creative solutions to problems, your talent for leading projects, delegating tasks, and inspiring others; or if your flexibility in the face of change and your legendary ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously make you stand out—perhaps you’d enjoy a production coordination role with us.

And if you also dream of joining a team that is committed to making the company fairer, more equitable—in short, more responsible—then we really need to meet.

Missions

  • Assist producers in managing project schedules, ensuring that key post-production milestones are met.
  • Maintain and update post-production calendars and project management tools, tracking deadlines for edits, revisions, color grading, sound mixing, and final deliveries.

  • Help find and onboard freelance talent when necessary.
  • Ensure clear and precise communication with internal teams regarding post-production needs and updates.
  • Conduct quality control checks on all final exports before delivery, ensuring they meet technical specifications and creative expectations.
  • Ensure accurate archiving and asset management at the end of each project.
