We specialize in strategic development, branding, campaign execution, production, digital innovation, and media solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Development located in LA. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and executing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client account acquisition. The role involves daily collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including cold calling, outreach, professional networking and CRM tools management
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Contract Negotiation
- Proven ability to research and analyze prospective accounts and target markets to identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of achieving business growth targets
- Experience in the creative or advertising industry is a must
- Solid understanding of the branding, advertising, and creative production landscape
