Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director with a strong understanding of the U.S. advertising world to join our ranks. This is a key hire for us. Your mission will be to help build the idea and advertising culture within our practice.

As a brand, design, and craft-driven full-service agency of 85 talents, a sensibility to design remains essential. This role requires strategic thinking, experience, and a hands-on talent who thrives on being close to the craft as well as the idea. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting national campaigns.

What we seek in a Creative Director

  • Lead with empathy and positivity, bringing joy into the work for both colleagues and clients
  • Develop and showcase your team’s talent and ensure their development as a group and as individuals
  • Strategically articulate your ideas (written & verbal), pitch concepts and adapt to client feedback thoughtfully
  • Bring insightful ideas and high-quality execution to TUX’s advertising work
  • Facilitate collaboration between all parties involved in a project
  • Deep understanding of production and post production
  • Ensure project budgets and timelines are respected, and that your team’s time is well-managed
  • Stays curious on market trends, driving innovation within internal process (ie using new technologies) and finding ways to break through the noise of advertising
