Under the guidance of the VP of client partnership, who has been reinventing teamwork for 18 years, you will continue to hone your skills in a constantly evolving environment.
Every day, you will work with English-speaking clients based on the East and West coasts of the United States. You are perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken, and will be a key in the collaboration between our Montreal and Los Angeles offices. Working primarily on accounts in the beauty industry, you will find your passion for this industry and curiosity for new trends will be major assets.
Your Skills
Project Management
- Experience in annual planning of accounts with multiple sub-brands.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and English/American markets.
- Close collaboration with the strategy director and the creative director.
- Mastery of financial aspects and project profitability.
- Impeccable communication: You excel at keeping your clients, team, and suppliers informed at every stage.
- Always on the lookout for opportunities to develop projects while ensuring their profitability.
- Ability to maintain a broad view while zooming in on crucial details for the financial health of projects.
- Lead role in strategic discussions with clients.
Client Management and Product Passion
- Dedicated partner: You are always in solution mode for your client.
- Guide and educator: You steer your client towards best practices and the right resources at TUX.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, strategic planning, and annual account reviews.
