Someone eager to work in a small studio structured like a large agency—where their impact and contribution will be tangible—but above all, someone who wants to be part of a great team.
Skills & Expertise
Project Management
- Work closely with the strategist on accounts—like Sonny and Cher.
- Be a master of planning (budgets, financial oversight, project profitability, team allocation, etc.).
- Excel at communication—keeping clients, teams, and partners clearly informed about project progress.
- Stay in a constant in-biz mindset: identify opportunities to grow the client relationship, expand projects, and strengthen the creative output while maintaining a focus on profitability.
- Maintain a strong big-picture perspective while knowing when to zoom in to ensure the financial health of projects and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions.
Client Management & Product Passion
- Act as a true team partner with clients at all times.
- Support clients in adopting a multidisciplinary approach by guiding them toward the right tools or teams within TUX.
- Take on an educational role to help clients elevate their product.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, strategic planning, and annual account planning while ensuring objectives are achieved.
Team Management
- Act as a mentor to team members who are still learning the ins and outs of the profession.
- Influence and promote strong strategic management practices with colleagues.
- Continuously seek optimization—helping the Client Partnership team at TUX grow collectively in both expertise and mindset.
Mindset
Curiosity
Probably one of the most important qualities at TUX. Our world is multidisciplinary, and thriving here requires a strong appetite to try everything, see everything, and understand everything. Broad cultural awareness—combined with a refusal to follow conventional paths—is one of the most powerful creative tools.
Collaboration
We value the “one-person army” mindset—people who are willing to get involved in many aspects of a project. But an army of one-person armies is even better. There are no barriers between disciplines or people at TUX, so a constant willingness to collaborate and proactively seek out the expertise you need is essential.
Rigor
Rigor means both preparing and organizing properly to start a project on the right foot, and pushing that extra bit at the end to turn a “good” project into a memorable one. This commitment to quality applies internally as well as in client presentations. It requires managing priorities, working under pressure, and never hesitating to ask peers for help.
Self-Critique
Self-critique does not mean self-censorship. On the contrary, everyone should feel comfortable sharing ideas freely—sometimes the best ones come from unexpected places. But once ideas are on the table, it’s important to recognize which ones to pursue, which ones to let go, and which ones to defend. It means questioning your own judgment, respecting others’ perspectives, and trusting your lead.
