Client Partner (Los Angeles based)

We’re looking for a Senior Client Partner with 5–7+ years of agency experience who builds true business relationships grounded in collaboration, empathy, and strategic rigor. You’re someone who rolls up your sleeves to solve complex challenges, identifying the right internal and external partners to elevate the quality of every project. You’re passionate about how brands go to market and have a strong point of view on what modern communication campaigns should look like. You thrive in a small studio structured like a big agency, where your impact is tangible, your voice matters, and you’re part of a tight-knit, high-performing team. You value personal development and are excited to continue refining the art of client leadership and project management alongside a Client Partner Director who is constantly evolving how we work and collaborate. This is an LA based, hybrid role. Our offices are based in Culver City and the team will be in-person 2 days a week.

  • Proactively cultivate and expand existing client relationships, identifying organic growth opportunities to expand the partnership and profitability
  • Support new business efforts and pitches in partnership with a Director and Exec team, helping oversee workflows and deliverables.

  • Create seamless collaboration across internal teams (strategy, creative, design, production, media).
  • Assist in developing and reviewing SOWs alongside business management.
  • Manage client financials, including forecasting and invoicing oversight.
  • Identify resourcing needs early and proactively address gaps before project launch.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project timelines from kickoff through final delivery.

  • Maintain both a high-level strategic view and a detailed understanding of project financial health.
  • Communicate proactively and impeccably with clients, teams, and partners at every stage.

Team Management

  • Manage up effectively — knowing when to seek guidance, escalate questions or concerns, and align on how your mentor can help you achieve your own goals and growth at Tux.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of Tux’s client partnership team by providing new ideas, recommendations, and solutions with how we can all work better together as a team.
  • Engage in agency initiatives beyond client work to strengthen culture and operations.
