Client Partner

The Client Partner position is under the supervision of the Client Partnership Leader. The main duties of this position are to ensure the planning and organization of the assigned projects. The Client Partner is responsible for growing the partnership with each client by creating business opportunities and maintaining their satisfaction.


  • Manage projects from start-up to delivery, including the effective management of budgets, schedules, resources, project workflow and delivery
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the accounts
  • Manage the various collaborators revolving around the projects ( freelancers and subcontractors)
  • Elaborate budget planning and project schedules
  • Maintain good relations with every partners
  • Participate in brainstorming and strategic planning sessions and ensure that all objectives are met
  • Communicate the progress of projects to his/her immediate superior
  • Ensure implementation of projects on time and on budget
  • Maintain and improve the volume and profitability of the accounts
  • Have an overview of the project and control their financial situation
  • Plan internal and external resources required for project implementation


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or communications
  • 3 or 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Agency experience
  • Bilingual (French and English)


  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and priorities
  • Ability to handle stress and provide appropriate solutions to different situations
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Judgment and maturity in customer interactions
  • Ability to maintain close relationships with different partners
