    Revitalising a Legacy Leader

Since 1985, PrimeAsia has been the go-to leather supplier for iconic brands like Nike and Timberland. But as design trends shifted, new competitors entered the scene, and sustainability debates grew more complex, PrimeAsia faced a new challenge: standing out to a new generation of decision-makers. That’s where we came in. Our mission? Help PrimeAsia reassert their leadership with a bold new positioning, a refreshed brand identity, and a web platform that showcases their world-class edge.

Leather is one of the world’s oldest materials—and, despite the hype around alternatives, it’s still the most sustainable. PrimeAsia has always led the way in ethical sourcing and innovation, but the market was getting distracted by trendier, riskier, and less responsible options. Our goal was clear: reignite excitement for leather and position PrimeAsia as the leading, future-focused partner they truly are.

We positioned PrimeAsia as the forward thinking tannery partner – always innovating, from cutting-edge materials to sustainability standards to supply chain excellence.

PrimeAsia doesn’t just keep up; they set the pace. “Accelerate Ahead” became our rallying cry for brands seeking a partner to push them forward.

To bring the new brand identity to life, we introduced design elements that reflect constant motion and progress—think dynamic visuals and bold typography. A human-centered approach added warmth and scale, reinforcing PrimeAsia as a trusted, visionary partner. Paired with a web platform that highlights their game-changing initiatives, PrimeAsia is now impossible to overlook.

The new brand has just launched, and while it’s still early days, we’re excited to see how this bold identity helps PrimeAsia reaffirm its leadership and forge stronger connections with the next generation of designers and decision-makers. With a fresh look, a clear message, and a powerful platform, PrimeAsia is ready to accelerate ahead—and take their partners with them.
