Senior Client Director (Los Angeles based)

Based in Los Angeles, you will be instrumental in growing our U.S. business and managing our West Coast clients. With your positive attitude, you will also foster collaboration between our Los Angeles and Montreal teams, inspiring our global client partnership team.

Missions

Business development

  • Proactively cultivate strong client relationships while driving growth and development within our existing accounts. You are always on the lookout for opportunities to develop projects while ensuring their profitability.
  • Work closely with the VP Client Partnership to support and lead new business development initiatives.

Client Partnership Practise

  • Lead the Client Partnership team in optimizing and developing our processes, including administration, financials, production, client onboarding, and project setup.
  • Introduce best practices to inspire the Client Partnership team, enhance our collective knowledge, and infuse greater business intelligence into the group.

Project Management

  • Experience in annual planning of accounts with multiple sub-brands.
  • Close collaboration with the strategy director and the creative director.
  • Impeccable communication: You excel at keeping your clients, team, and suppliers informed at every stage.
  • Proactive in guiding the Client Partner Directors toward sound financial decisions, with a focus on financial forecasting and project profitability.
  • Ability to maintain a broad view while zooming in on crucial details for the financial health of projects.
  • Lead role in strategic discussions with clients.

Client Management and Product Passion

  • Strategic facilitator: You support the team of directors in navigating strategic client discussions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Dedicated partner: You are always in solution mode for your client.
  • Guide and educator: You steer your client towards best practices and the right resources at TUX.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, strategic planning, and annual account reviews. You are both a strong leader and a hands-on manager.

Team Management

  • Mentor: You support your team members in their learning journey. You are also skilled and openned to coaching other directors and team members beyond your immediate team.
  • Influencer: You recommend effective strategic management practices.
  • Optimizer: You are always seeking collective growth and continuous improvement within TUX’s client partnership team.
